Payment Instructions (Cash on Delivery - COD Only)

Dear Customer,

At Alvora, we currently offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)** as our only payment method to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience.

Payment Guidelines:
- Payment must be made **in cash at the time of delivery**.
- Please ensure availability of the **exact amount** to avoid delays.
- We **do not ask for any advance or online payment** under any circumstances.

Order Verification:
- All COD orders are subject to **confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp**.
- Orders that are **not verified or confirmed may be automatically cancelled**.

Delivery & Responsibility:
- Payment should only be made **after physically receiving the product**.
- If a third person (security guard, neighbor, etc.) receives the order, the customer is responsible for confirming receipt before payment.

Fraud Prevention & Restrictions:
- We reserve the right to **cancel or reject any suspicious order** without prior notice.
- Customers who provide **incorrect details, fake orders, or refuse delivery** may be:
  - Restricted from future orders
  - Blocked from COD service permanently

 Failed Delivery Policy:
- If an order is **refused at the time of delivery**, it will be marked as a failed delivery.
- Repeated failed deliveries may lead to **blacklisting of the customer account, phone number, or address**.

Important Notice:
- Do not share OTP or make payment before receiving the product.
- Any misuse of COD service will be treated seriously.
